Comparative Analysis Assignment

Comparative Analysis Assignment

Building on the techniques of summary compose an accurate, well-organized, thesis-driven essay that compares Johnson and Williams. 3 pages

Choose one similarity in the texts—something the two essays both do—and examine how each essay does it differently. A statement of this comparison will be your thesis. To complete this assignment effectively, you will have to narrow and shape a point of comparison shared by each essay and then identify how each author approaches or understands that point of comparison differently. This assignment is an exercise in categorical and comparative thought, the building blocks of critical thinking.
